We began because our traditional rentals - built 50 years ago - were prone to tenant damage, costly maintenance and resulted in unhealthy living conditions with high heating bills.
After examining current building methods, we realised they weren’t meeting today’s needs. So, we set out to develop homes that are strong, warm, affordable and require minimal upkeep.
