You will need (estimated):

• 3+ cubic meters for 95sqm and upwards models.
• 2.5 cubic meters for 72sq & 80sqm  models.
• 1.5 cubic meters for 60sqm models.

• Fridge
• Washing Machine
• Dishwasher
• While we include the heat pump, fitting costs are additional

Don't forget: Oven, Hob and Rangehood ARE included!

• Gas Bottles
• Regulator
• Pipework to Gas Appliances. (If gas bottles used)
• Pipes & External Covers to Heat-Pump
• Gas-Fittings (If gas bottles used)
• Pipe for gas (all water pipes & fitting included)

• Vinyl flooring in dining room (carpet provided as standard)

• We'll get you a quote depending on distance and house size. This will include 3 weeks hire of the container.

• Building Consent & Council fees - and sometimes Development Contributions. Our houses are pre-consented (so you only need consent for position on the site)
• Building work - check out our Shell or Full-build options!
• Auger hire - half a day (included in a shell or full build)
• Concrete to piles - about 3.0 cu meters for the standard 95sqm
• Services TO and FROM the house - i.e. from road to house
• Heat-pump installation (heat-pump itself is included)
• Electric cable from Meter box to switchboard - location of the meter box may vary
• Electrician - about 2 days - maybe less
• Plumber - about 2 days - maybe less
• Gas fitter - we supply ONLY the gas boiler (gas hob is optional). No gas fittings or bottles included as each gas fitter is responsible for their own workmanship and materials supplied.
• Carpet fitting - we supply the carpet, and a good quality underlay (and even the smoothedge)
• Drainlayer & Service runs- Every site is different
