Any special finish requirements can be discussed and locked in. These may incur additional charges but we will communicate these to you at the time. Kitchens & bathrooms are standard Bunnings, allowing you to customise your own home.
We supply all materials to your site and you build it yourself following our simple, step-by-step instructions or you employ your local builder.

With our kitset homes you don't just get a pile of frames and a crate of gib.
You get all the wall panels, pre-cut and pre-painted. The bearers are cut to length and labelled and you simply have to follow the Assembly Manual and it will go together without problems. This is a tried and tested method that has been used to build hundreds of homes.
We supply all materials to your site then we construct the foundations, floor, walls, roof, windows and doors to a lockup finish.
You then either finish the build yourself or get a local builder to finish it for you.
The Shell Build is so much more than a typical LWTF (Light Weight Timber Frame) build. You are not left with a skeleton of a house, but instead with a home fully insulated, painted walls and ceiling, with lighting cables in place, all the windows and external doors in and the ridge on.
In short - weathertight and secure.
With a Shell Build we will do:-
We send all materials to your site and we construct the entire house, we just need 1m wide access. You walk in to your fully finished home.
We supply just about the entire house for you - foundations to ready to carpet.
Full build also includes an electrician to wire up a standard house using all QBH supplied components and a plumber to install all QBH supplied components.
No furniture is included. We don't include drives or landscaping.
A Full Build also does not include freight for delivery and the setup of services from the boundary to the house or the cost of the concrete for the foundations (about 3.0m3 for a 95sqm home.)
We have a range of delivery options to cover all kinds of site access. All we really need is 1m - if you can walk there we can (probably) deliver.
